Scan some news websites and you quickly discover that a lot of people have vested far too much time into the issue. I shan't however. So what follows is the issue, the question it raises, and the answer.

The issue: the following advert, featuring model Lara Stone, is currently appearing on a billboard in New York. Some locals are claiming that the advert contains a subliminal message, 'fuck', with the F spelt out with the white space to the left of Lara, the U made made up of her bra, and the CK from the ck.

The question this all raises isn't are people seeing what they want to see, it is: are Calvin Klein really that clever?

The answer: yes. Yes, they are. After all, Calvin Klein have a history of getting a lot of publicity off of banned adverts.

Madonna's Husband Guy Ritchie Thinks Sugar Is More Dangerous Than Cocaine

Madonna's husband Guy Ritchie says sugar is more dangerous than cocaine. Guy -- who found fame with his 1998 movie Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels -- believes the sweet substance kills more people than the celebrity drug. He says, "Sugar kills. Think of the calories in sugar. Fat kills more people than anything else. Sugar is responsible for a lot of deaths, arguably more than crack cocaine" Guy, 39, also gave his opinion on British rocker Pete Doherty's drug habit, telling Empire magazine, "It's either genius marketing or a happy -- or unhappy -- accident. Buyer Beware Online: Tech Advice

One of our own people bought a Dell computer online from BestBuy.com for his Autistic Son for Christmas. While the computer took over 10 days to get there it was still on time for the big day. Because it was an expensive Laptop it was his primary Christmas gift. When he opened it there was a big smile and much happiness until it was turned on. The screen had a "Pink Screen" defect and it was simply no good. Calls were immediately made to Dell who were very nice on the phone; but that is where it ended. They told us they would call back and we are still waiting. However the computer was bought at Best Buy online and so that is where we called next. We spoke to Yancey in Online support and received a ticket number and he nicely told us to send the child and father back into the store to exchange the computer for a like model and that if there was any additional charge that Best Buy would take care of it. That sounded professional and nice and that is where that ended. The Child and his father went into Best Buy store number 554 and they were told by the manager Lynda (after a long wait) that the online department would send a return label for the defective computer. When they asked to speak to the General Manager named Joe they were told "Joe" does not speak to customers???? Then we called online customer support again and were given another number and then told that a manager would call us back within 2 hours. Good guess if you thought they never called back. Since then we have tried to call Best Buy online customer support 11 times. We were put on long holds and when someone answered we politely asked for online customer support and 11 times we were disconnected and then told "yeah we got a problem with our phone". It is almost two days and this child still has no resolution or no computer. Also in the meantime Christmas vacation for this family has been ruined!!! When we tried to post a complaint to the profile of Kevin Dunn (The CEO of Best Buy) online his staff flagged it as spam. I guess Best Buy thinks legitimate customer complaints come under the spam department? So maybe the solution is a simple one: 1. Deal with a reputable dealer that cares about their customers. Buy your important tech purchases in person and MAKE SURE THEY WORK PROPERLY. BTW After that we finally reached another Best Buy representative who told us that we should absolutely get a fair replacement but that was the discretion of the store and they didn't want to mess with their inventory. Of course why should a sad autistic child that got disappointed at Christmas take precedence over inventory. What ever happened to old fashioned customer service. The Best Buy website says they are dedicated to customer service. What is that supposed to mean? in any event I am sure there are many other stories like this for the Holidays and we hope at Celebrity Wire you are not one of them. Happy Holidays!!!!

With cutting edge designs and va-va-voom styling, Sunday's Urban Upbringing laneway parade required an equally commanding hairstyle to top it all off. One style they turned to a variation on the braided topknot, ending instead in a cluster of teased-out spiral curls. Shown here on model Lauren Aitken (represented by Scene models), its a style you can replicate by following our braided topknot how-to but tying up the ends into a bunch instead of creating a bun in the final steps.

If there's styling inspiration to be had from this shoot of Pauline Van der Cruysse, which features in the latest issue of Foam magazine, it's trifold. Firstly, the adorable pairings of bikini bottoms with textured knits (not entirely practical, for the most part - but I guess the combination of cosy + Summery always reminds one of beaches by night). Secondly is the rich, bright colour palette. And thirdly is this hairstyle, a kind of grown-up take on pigtails, with hair divided into two voluminous parts and bound up at the bottoms. While not a 2011 hairstyle trend as such, it's a hairstyle worth trying for something fun and none-too-serious.

Lily Allen contributes vocals to a song on the forthcoming new Kaiser Chiefs' album.
Producer Mark Ronson is currently working on both Allen and the Kaiser Chiefs' own records, and had the idea of teaming up Allen's vocals with a Kaiser Chiefs track.

He said: "The other week I was struck with the brainwave, 'Why don't they do a track together?' I had a word with them all and everyone was keen so it happened."

Allen previously sang a cover of Kaiser Chiefs' song 'Oh My God' for Ronson's covers album 'Version'.

Speaking to The Sun Ronson said of the new song: "It sounds awesome. Lily and Ricky Wilson's vocals really gel and the instrumentals are top drawer."

Was Tiger Woods going to 7-11 for golf balls in the middle of night since his wife already had the clubs out? What was going on in Windemere in Orange County, Florida over the holiday weekend at the superstars home. Here is what we know and has been widely reported. Tiger Woods left his house in a rush at approximately 2:20 in the morning. We know he was in a rush because when people back out of their driveway while leaving home they don't usually hit a fire hydrant and a tree in the process. Then what we know is that Tigers wife Elin Nordegren came running out of the house with a golf club and supposedly smashed a window with it to save him because the car was locked. Now I know this is a famous golfing family but.... If you heard your husband or wife have an accident in front of your home would you run outside or would you first go get a golf club and run outside. Would you grab a key to the car or would you smash the window next to your already potentially injured spouse with a golf club? Then we know that the police department said no alcohol or drugs were involved. We also know from the Orange Police Department that no breathalizer or any such tests were taken on scene or apparently at all as they were only interested in tending to his injuries. It must be noted those included facial lacerations and that he was only semi conscious. However there was no determination when any of these injuries actually occurred. But what we know most is that the richest man in sports with a group of the worlds best press agents and handlers has been unusually silent with no good explanation over this whole event. Of course Tiger Woods is and always will be the greatest golfer of all time. He is also the Oprah Winfrey of the sports world and is an undisputed icon. But one of his greatest appeals in the ad world has always been his perfect (I am above it all) personality and reputation. He was never supposed to be the guy crashing on a front lawn in the middle of the night with his wife chasing outside with a golf club. It is just not the Tiger Woods perfect persona. Could it be the guy is possibly normal? Could he actually drink or maybe have a blowout with his wife. Our Friends at TMZ are reporting that Tiger Woods wife caused the injuries on his face. We cannot confirm that at Celebrity Wire as of yet but it is certainly possible. Nobody is talking at all so far on this one. My advise to Tiger and his press agents: come up with something good soon because people have very good imaginations. I know I have one and mine says you were just going to 7-11 for golf balls and you accidentally turned the wrong way. In any event we wish you and your family well and hope you have a speedy recovery. And BTW, it's OK to be normal as the rest of us already are!
